Backpack Needle Exchange
Our newest addition to ENCORE is the Back Pack exchange. Wearing ENCORE orange back backs, workers join outreach team in the higher risk areas identifying exiting clients or recruiting new clients for needle exchange. The backpack exchange workers provide clients with clean syringes, sterile water, antibiotic cream, cookers, alcohol pads, cotton and all other safer injection items. |
