Every year AIDS Care Ocean State recognizes individuals who continually go above and beyond in their service and dedication to the agency and the clients we serve. We are  honored to name Paul Carpentier, Dennis DelSignore, and Father Raymond Malm as our 2014 Partners in Philanthropy.

Paul Carpentier and Dennis DelSignore have been volunteers for AIDS Care Ocean State for over 15 years. During their years of assisting the Development committees raise thousands of dollars for clients in need they have always done it with such enthusiasm and passion. Paul and Dennis have a flair for turning a blank slate for our fundraising events into a magical place. If it be turning the Biltmore Hotel into a vision of Red for our Red Ribbon Gala or the Casino at Roger Williams park into a spring garden for our Swing into spring event.  They handled all the décor for the last 15 years for all of our fundraising efforts with never a reservation. They also are donors to our annual Art Auction called Artbeat. Year after year Paul and Dennis never stop amazing the team here at AIDS Care Ocean State or the people who attend our many events. Thank you for all your hard work guys!

Father Raymond B. Malm, a founder of AIDS Care Ocean State stood on a street in South Providence in 1987 and envisioned a special place for youth, children, families, and adults infected and effected by the "AIDS virus". Reverend Malm leadership and vision for twenty five years has created the flagship agency for people with HIV and AIDS. Father' advocacy has never wavered, to paraphrase Father Malm "because this is a huge part of our ministry... Given some of the things that are going on in government today, both federally and locally, we need to challenge the fact that the poorest of our community - the most vulnerable - are being targeted." Father Ray team administrator at St Michael Church of the Archangel for thirty years and is currently Pastor at St Joseph Church in Newport. We are honored to name our founder as our Partner in Philanthropy for 2014.
